These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the American Restaurant Purchasing Group & Restaurant Association website (“Website”) and the information, resources, and services made available through it.

1. About American RPGA
American Restaurant Purchasing Group & Restaurant Association (“American RPGA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a restaurant purchasing and business-services network intended to connect restaurant operators with participating vendors and service providers.
American RPGA seeks to develop purchasing opportunities, preferred-vendor relationships, business resources, and other programs that may provide value to participating restaurants.
2. Website Use
You may use the Website for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems
- Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the Website
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit Website content except as permitted by law or with our permission
3. Applications and Information You Submit
Membership, vendor, contact, and request-information forms must be completed with accurate information.
Submitting an application or inquiry does not create a contractual relationship with American RPGA unless and until American RPGA expressly accepts the applicable application or relationship.
4. Restaurant Membership
Restaurant membership with American RPGA is FREE. American RPGA does not charge restaurants a membership fee or recurring membership dues.
Free membership does not mean that products, services, vendor programs, or other offerings made available through participating third parties are free. Individual programs may have their own pricing, terms, minimums, eligibility requirements, or service charges.

5. Preferred Vendors and Programs
American RPGA may identify, promote, or work with preferred vendors and participating service providers. Vendor participation does not mean that American RPGA guarantees the quality, availability, pricing, performance, financial condition, licensing, or suitability of any vendor.
Specific products and services are provided subject to the applicable vendor’s terms, pricing, availability, service area, delivery requirements, minimums, warranties, and other conditions.
6. Pricing, Savings, and Program Information
References to savings, purchasing power, preferred pricing, discounts, rebates, or other benefits are illustrative of the intended purpose of American RPGA programs and are not guarantees of a particular savings amount.
Actual pricing and savings may vary based on location, volume, product selection, market conditions, vendor terms, shipping, taxes, and other factors.
7. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, layouts, and other materials, may be owned by or licensed to American RPGA and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without appropriate authorization.
8. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, products, services, or resources. American RPGA does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or practices.
